Herb Baked Flounder

1 pound

Flounder fillets

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, and garlic powder. Place fillets in a non stick or greased baking dish. Sprinkle crumb mixture on top and dot with margarine. Bake until fish flakes easily, about 25 minutes.

Basil

Oregano

1/4 tsp.

Garlic powder
