Flounder fillets

Arrange fillets in a buttered baking dish, cover with sliced mushrooms. Sprinkle with lemon juice and chives. Season cream with salt, pepper, nutmeg and cayenne. Pour cream over fish and bake at 350 ° F. for I5 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with paprika and brown quickly under the broiler.
